DESIGN & FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

Clark is a second-generation builder and highly accomplished contractor. He has designed hundreds of homes including seven St. George Area Parade of Homes. He is a former President of the Southern Utah Home Builders Association, and a former Chairman of the St. George Area Parade of Homes. He has been building homes in the St George area since 1975. He attended the University of Utah and studied Business Management and Finance. Clark served our country in the Armed Services and is married to his lovely wife Janet with 5 children. Clark brings first-hand experience when designing and building a home and his eye for detail in the design process proves he has been in the business for a long time. Clark has a skill set that is exceedingly rare among builders today and can turn your dreams into reality as he designs and constructs your future home.

ON-SITE SUPERVISION & SCHEDULE

Nick is a third-generation contractor that is continuing the legacy at Spilker Homes. Born and raised here in St. George Nick loves his community and strives with each client to make a lasting impression. Nick graduated with a degree in business management from UVU and ran his own framing company for 5 years before becoming partners with Clark. Nick is on the job site every day checking quality and accuracy with each custom home. He works directly with each sub-contractor to ensure they stay on schedule and most importantly that they understand what the client wants and needs. Rest assured that Nick is in your corner through each step of the building process and once the project is complete you can count on him with any post-construction needs for years. He loves working with his clients and always turns a client into a lasting friendship.

Janet has been helping clients of Spilker Homes for over 30 years. She is a very accomplished real estate agent and expertise is in product selection and customer service is invaluable to clients. Anything you are shopping for in your new home she will help you choose the right product for the right price. She has a wealth of knowledge about products and is always willing to help navigate the endless options. Janet and Clark have worked together to create a wonderful home building experience that you cannot get anywhere else. Janet’s passion to help clients design and decorate the interior of their homes is unparalleled.
